"Joint stock company ""Waldis"" was founded in 1991 in Klaipeda, which is third Lithuanian city, sea port with best transportation routes. Thus we have best possibilities to provide service to our customers and to expand our business on basis of effectiveness. In 1995 the factory for acetylene gas production was founded together with business partners, where our company is one of the main stock holders. In this case we have invested and expanded transportation and warehouse infrastructure. The main field of our company's activity is wholesale of technical gases - acetylene, argone, azote, oxygen etc., also wholesale of chemical products - calcium carbide, soda ash dense/light, phthalic anhydride, dimethylformamide etc., fertilizers - ammonium sulfate, urea, ammonium nitrate, NPK etc. and inorganic addition for fodder – Dicalciumphosphate (DCP) and Monocalciumphosphate (MCP) feed grade. Our major business partners are in Baltic States, Byelorussia, Finland, Germany, Russia, Sweden and Slovakia. Our company has got strategic program of development and we are going to use ecological technology SCF for construction of biodiesel plant . We use the old settled business relations with our consumers and in order to satisfy their requirements we accept with pleasure offers from new suppliers."
